Shipping Policy
Delivery Charges
Delivery is free on the Tester Box and on all orders above Rs. 5,500. For orders below Rs. 5,500, a flat delivery fee of Rs. 350 applies anywhere in Pakistan. The delivery fee is shown at checkout before you place your order.
Dispatch Time
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days after you place them.
Delivery Time
Orders arrive within 3 to 5 business days in major cities. Smaller towns and remote areas may take longer.
Courier and Tracking
We deliver through Leopards Courier. Once your order is dispatched, we send you the tracking number by WhatsApp or SMS, so you can follow your parcel.
Payment Method
We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) only. Pay the full amount to the courier in cash when your parcel arrives. Please keep the exact amount ready.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your perfume arrives leaking, damaged or incorrect, contact us on WhatsApp at 0370 2128500 within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number and a clear photo of the item and packaging. We will replace or refund the item and cover the shipping cost.
Address Changes
To change your delivery address, message us on WhatsApp before your order is dispatched. After dispatch, the address cannot be changed.
Failed Delivery
The courier will try to reach you on the phone number you provided. Please make sure your name, address and phone number are correct and that someone is available to receive and pay for the parcel.
