Return Policy & Exchanges
Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Evodia Scents. If your product arrives damaged or defective, you can return it for an exchange.
Here's how it works:
- Time Limit: You have 7 days from the date you received your order to request a return.
- Product Condition: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags attached and in the same condition as received. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
- How to Start a Return: Contact us at evodiascents1@gmail.com to initiate a return request.
- Return Shipping: If your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label along with instructions. Please do not send back any items without first contacting us, as we will not be able to accept them.
- Exchange: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval. If approved, a replacement item will be shipped to your provided address within 3 – 5 business days.
Important Notes:
Returns are not accepted for items purchased on sale, during promotions, or for gifted items.
If you ordered the wrong product, we cannot accept a return. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.
Exchanges
The simplest way to exchange an item is to return the original item (following the return process above) and then place a new order for the item you want.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at evodiascents1@gmail.com as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.
